We stayed here for one night for a friend’s birthday locally that was within walking distance and it was great. Bonus points for Brandy the cute dog and his friendly owner who let us in downstairs as she could hear us struggling with the lock with our arms full of bags.

Great accommodation for max 3 people and in a great location for town centre. Very clean. Clear instructions and images showing everything you need to see. Will use again. Nb Would recommend having blinds on sky lights in loft space and a mirror to make it even better.

The flat was good, just a few problems firstly we struggled to get in as there are four doors together with no numbers a neighbour had to help us. When we got in the drawer broke. Upstairs there are no blinds on skylights which would have been fine but there is a street lamp right outside shining in. But I would say communication was good.

initially stayed in the quirky 1 bed apartment up stairs. Craig rang and said that no one was in the place down stairs and said would we like that as an upgrade and we said yes. This was because everything was on one level, nothing else. really enjoyed the location was only a 10 minute work to the centre which has loads to pick from. you have a gastro pub next door and one of the best burger places ever next to that. my only gripe was my phone would not connect to Internet, but my phone is shite. Will defo book again 👌

Cosy loft bedroom. Lovely to listen to the rain as I fell asleep. Great walks up to the Peel Tower. Good, close supermarket options. Nice cafes on the high street.
Other things to note PETS: - Pets must be approved and paid for (no birds allowed). - Please keep all pets off the sofas, or alternatively, lay down a blanket on top of the sofa beforehand. - We do not provide any pet essentials, so guests will need to bring their own blankets, litter tray etc. - Any litter trays will need to stay on the lower floor, inside the hallway. Check-in/check-out: - Early check-in or late check out is not guaranteed and must be pre-approved before booking. VISITORS: - No visitors are allowed after 10PM. - Parties & gatherings are strictly forbidden - Bookings will be canceled immediately with no refund and you will need to leave the property. Lost keys: - If keys are lost, a locksmith callout is required, or you fail to return the keys to the key safe upon check-out, a fee of £150 will be charged to your account. PARKING: - Guests have access to on-street parking around the property on the road. Damage deposit: - Please note that a refundable security deposit of up to £400 may be required prior to receiving check-in details. - The exact deposit amount is determined at the host’s discretion, based on factors such as the guest’s booking history, profile verification, and previous reviews. - We require a mandatory £500 refundable security deposit, during festival season. - This deposit serves as a safeguard against potential damages, breaches of house rules, or excessive cleaning requirements. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours of check-out, provided the property is left in good condition and no issues are reported. - Guests will be notified in advance if a deposit is required and provided with clear instructions for payment and refund processing. - By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
