Excellent communication from Renato and comfortable accommodation to a high spec. Downside is how close you are to the railway line and the noise from trains all hours (even through the night with haulage trains). This should maybe be noted in the description. Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Positives: Walking distance to train station (frequent high-speed trains to London); Spacious interior with plentiful storage for belongings; Well-equipped; Comfy bed; Renato’s (managing agent) very quick response time to queries/issues notified and friendly/helpful nature; Minutes drive to many supermarkets. Negatives: Quality issues on arrival (broken blinds, toilet seat completely broken, gaps in windows reducing sound-proofing, dishwasher unemptied, crisps on floor and other cleaning issues, TV not properly connected) which (per the rental agreement required to be signed) had to be photographed and notified within 12 hrs of check-in (not ideal when arrived at 22:00) to avoid risk to the security deposit advanced (£250); Undisclosed proximity to trainline which is immediately outside bedroom windows, with frequent trains running through the night. Ideal for our long weekends in London, but regrettably would not book again due to the onerous agreement terms for a v short stay.
