Nice house but really needs some TLC! Paintwork chipping off and miss matched paint patch ups. The bathroom really needs some good cleaning especially around the shower base. Plus very bright in the morning as the blinds keep virtually no light out. If this was changed the house would be a lovely stay as it has free street parking, so close to the centre of Darlington and the train station and ideal for 3 working people.
