The rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed during a heatwave and contacted the host asking for fans. Our message was read but completely ignored. We were travelling with two young children, and spent over 3 hours driving around Bristol trying to find fans ourselves. The heat inside the property was unbearable. We were sweating heavily throughout the night and barely slept, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially with young children. We had also requested a baby cot before arrival, and were shocked to be told it would cost an extra £150. Instead, we went to Argos and bought one ourselves for £35. The property itself also needs maintenance, bits of paint from the floor stick to your feet. The listing description mentions a “beautiful garden,” but this was very misleading. The garden is actually very small, poorly maintained, and full of flies. It was not somewhere we felt comfortable sitting or letting the children play in.
