We made the booking without much thought as just needed somewhere to stay before and after a family gathering we were attending. We didn’t stay the second night - we booked a hotel elsewhere. This was because the mattresses were exceedingly uncomfortable and the apartment was unbearably hot and we needed to ensure a good sleep as had a long drive the next day. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and functional. I have no doubt it would be absolutely fine for many people, especially those who can sleep anywhere, but it didn’t meet our expectations as we need a good quality mattress to sleep on and we need to be cool. The hosts were exceedingly responsive and helpful, as much as they could be given the mismatch of expectations.

We booked this place for a work trip for a weeks stay. It was perfect. Clean, tidy and in a good central location in Bedford. Don was very responsive with communication and always quick to answer any questions. Great apartment for staying in Bedford.

What a fabulous find. The flat was perfectly located with only a 10 minute walk in to the town centre. The added bonus of the balcony was an absolute God send in the hot weather. I would highly recommend both the flat and Don. I would definitely use again.
