It would be a tight squeeze if you had 12 guests, it would be a tight squeeze. We had 9 and it was very comfortable. Kitchen is small, but if you're eating out or buying in, not really a problem. Very comfortable house, pretty well looked after and nicely presented. Great location for the Malvern Hills. Would recommend!

We had a great stay, the property had everything we needed, large spacious very comfortable bedrooms, a very well appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The weather was exceptional while we were there and we made full use of the large garden, outdoor seating and bbq. We did mange to lock ourselves out and I must say the response we got from Let and luxury was amazing, getting another set of keys to us as soon as they could. I would recommend.

This house was perfect for hosting my mum's surprise 60th birthday, with 7 adults, 3 children and a dog. The bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only downside was the living room, which felt a little small, but the lovely weather meant we spent most of our time in the garden. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating with an earlier check-in, later check-out, plus a thoughtful welcome card and bottle of bubbly. The only slight disappointment was that the games room didn't match the photos and was almost unusable. The grass also hadn't been cut, making it harder for the children and our small dog to play, although neither affected our stay. We didn't explore much due to the heat, but the area looked lovely. We'd also highly recommend Mother Hubbard's fish and chips—the portions were huge! Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Slight issues, but dealt with promptly by hosts.

We booked this at very short notice for a group of 5 couples with infants and children. The host was very quick to respond and super helpful providing extra high chairs and travel cots for us. The pre-check in information was great. The outdoor space was perfect for us with a large lawn for children to play and a great bbq. The weather was very hot so this was great for us as the lounge was a little small for the amount of people staying. The dining room is a great size and there are enough bathrooms. The kitchen was a little small to cater for a large group but the takeaway options worked well. Overall it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend and I would recommend it for others.
