🏡 House Rules We want you to feel right at home—but here are a few ground rules to keep things running smoothly: Pets are welcome 🐾 – but please let us know in advance. A small additional charge applies. No smoking inside 🚭 – you're welcome to use the rear yard if you'd like to smoke. No parties or events – we love a good time, but this isn’t the place for gatherings. Only registered guests allowed – no extra guests, please. Respect the neighbours – no strict quiet hours, but please keep noise down, especially in the evenings. Check-in is from 3pm onwards, and check-out is by 10am. We're happy to be flexible where possible – just let us know ahead of time! Thanks for understanding and treating the space with care 💛
