Great wee stay for chester races, perfect for what we what we were looking for

Ciaran was very honest and helpful during my stay in Chester would definitely recommend

Not the stylish modern property as listed, needs a major refurbishment. Broken kitchen flooring bins overflowing, cupboards full if dirty laundry. Location however is perfect. Would not stay here again

The house exterior isn't too bad, but the maintenance team is extremely lacking. Arrived to find an unflushed toilet with stains in it, along with toothpaste in the sink. After that had to go round all the rooms picking up empty cider cans and used glasses. Then to the bedrooms to change all the sheets and covers ourselves as noone else had. Then tried to take the rubbish out to find the outside bin completely full. Tried to play pool, but the proximity of the walls makes half the shots impossible to take. Tried to use the oven but the smell inside it was ungodly. The backdoor handle needs replacing, it's so stiff 2 of the people with me couldnt open it. Location and outside the house is pretty good, it's just the inside let's it down.
