Please read thoroughly through the message below: Upon reading this message and upon booking this property, you confirm that you have read our Terms and Conditions, and you also take full responsibility and authorise us to charge your credit/debit card/invoice issued if you cause any damages to the property, bring in pet, smoke indoors, partying or if you cause a nuisance to neighbours . There are two keylocks, please get key from the key safe on the FENCE. We’re excited and really look forward to hosting you at our property. Check-In Time: 3pm Check-Out: Before 10am. To avoid any disruption to a changeover for the next guests, we charge a fee of £20 per hour for early check-in and late check-out. On arrival, please enter through the iron gate and you will find the key safe box mounted on the wall. Simply open it with the code to get out the keys, turn the numbers to lock the safe again. A free private If you're with your lovely children, please keep an eye on them to avoid damages to the property. This advice is based on past experience. For long term bookings from one weeks, we offer a discounted weekly or fortnightly cleaning with changeover of beddings, towels for £55, etc to maintain the high standard of the property. In the absence of cleaning, the host or host's representative will pop over occasionally to inspect the property. This is to ensure it's being looked after properly. We also provide a set of extra beddings and towels at a discounted rate of £30. We provide some complimentary toiletries ( toilet papers, shampoo/conditioner and body wash), but guests are advised to get theirs when ours run out during their stay. Please take out and take back the bins after collection if your stay is more than a week. Look out for what neighbours are taking out for bin collection The accommodation regrets it cannot accept liability for any valuables left in the property or parking vehicles. Our properties are competitively priced because we operate a "fair usage" policy. As clearly stated in our listing, when you turn on the central heating, it will go off when the temperature reaches between 20C to 21C or when the property is warm, whichever comes first. Do not turn the central heating above 21C! -Smart thermostat is on the wall in the kitchen. Please don't raise the temperature above 21C . Our house rules/heating policy are clearly stated in our listing The property also reserves the right to charge you a huge fee if you do not comply with the house rules or if you damage the property. Please familiarize yourselves with some of the house rules below: -Windows are to be closed, lights and heating turned down to 17C each time you leave the house to avoid unnecessary energy waste -Shut all Windows and doors whilst central heating is on -Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited( No smoking) -No house parties -No anti-social behaviour -Keep noise down to a minimum. Noise reduced to barest minimum level. We respect our neighbours. Property is in a quiet residential area with families and children - Tidy up after yourselves and please use the bins outside - No illegal activities please as they will be reported -Pets are not allowed --Do not disconnect the WIFI, thermostat or anything in the property. We'll be alerted if you do and we'll attend the property. Don't turn down the radiator in the kitchen. -Please, take off your shoes to ensure the house is clean for everyone -Please, do not go into the property with mouldy shoes. -Please you may use the towels provided, but do not damage them as you will be charged. - please leave the property in good, tidy and clean condition. -Avoid damages to the property as that will incur extra charges Please follow these steps before departure: 1. Take all your belongings 2. Lock all the DOORS and all the WINDOWS please 3. Turn off all lights 4. All plates, cups etc are washed and put away dry 5. Empty the kitchen bin and throw away all perishable food 6. Drop the key back to the key safe and turn the number to lock it up
