had really good beds, property required some maintenance, paint peeling on window ledge, carpet on stairs was coming on causing trip hazard on stairs, their was serious back mould in the bathroom causes health issues

A great property that was exactly as described. On street parking was plentiful, all rooms clean and well presented with lovely little extras to make it feel like home. Just what we needed for our cost to family in the local area. Brilliant instructions and communicative host.

Great place Loved my stay there
- Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm. - no smoking inside: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
