**check in time** If you have booked via any other third party app, you can check-in any time after 4PM.. If you require early check-in/check-out, do let us know **PARKING** -The property benefits from free on-street parking. The on-street parking is located right outside the front of the property, and on any other unmarked streets. Please do not park in the areas marked as disabled bays as you need permits to park there, we are not responsible for any fines incurred as a result of this. **ACCESS** -The lock box is located on the right hand side of the door. -The code will be sent to you on your day of arrival. -Once you have got the keys, please close the lock box and muddle up the numbers so that the entry code is not showing. **WIFI** Wi-Fi: -Network Name: To be shared after booking confirmation -Password: To be shared after booking confirmation Please remember that this is case-sensitive. For easier connectivity, you can scan the QR code tab available at the property. *HEATING* The heating is controlled by a thermostat located on top of the microwave in the kitchen. The optimal temperature is between 20-23 degrees, anything higher can damage the boiler. **waste/rubbish** To dispose of bin bags, please place them in the bin located at the back of the property. **extra information** Netflix and other apps are on the TV. •Strictly NO parties- please be aware of noise out of respect for the families in the block. •Strictly NO smoking inside- You may use designated outside areas for smoking (A cigarette bin has been provided at the back of the property). •Strictly NO pets. **Occupancy should not exceed the amount that is stated on the booking between quiet hours of 10PM-7AM** **DAMAGES** You must report any damages that may occur during your stay. **CONTACT** During your stay, you can message via the booking platform. **check out* Check out is 10AM latest on the day of checkout, unless we have agreed otherwise prior. **IMPORTANT**- Please ensure that you lock the door, place the keys back in the lockbox, close, and again muddle up the numbers so that the entry code is not showing. The team will be there upon check out to clean & check the condition of the house.
