Additional Guidelines: • No parties or loud noises. • No smoking or vaping inside the house. • Any stains or damage will incur charges. • Park vehicles in a way that does not obstruct other motorists or residences. • Please note that the lead guest will be need to provide valid ID (passport, driving license, ID card) before check-in as part of our check-in process. • A £200 authorization hold will be placed on your card as a security deposit. This will be released within 3-5 working days after check-out, assuming no damage is reported. • Property Maintenance: Keep the property clean and tidy throughout your stay. • Before departing, please ensure the property is left in the same condition as upon arrival. • Turn off all lights and securely close all windows and doors. • Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins: black-top for general waste. • No shoes upstairs. • No eating or drinking in the bedroom. • Washing Up: Wash and put away all dishes before leaving. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges. • Damage Reporting: Report any damage during your stay or before check-out. Charges will apply for any damages found. Please inspect the property upon arrival, as we conduct inspections before and after your stay. • Additional Guests: No additional guests exceeding the number of guests stated in the booking. Additional guests will incur additional charges. Guests also risk their booking being cancelled. If you require additional guests, please contact us in advance. We will try to accommodate requests where possible.
