flexible and communicative host - thank you. one issue as the host knows. ..hot water. I switched boiler on as instructed, upped the Nest thermostat and got heat in the rooms and assumed hot water would follow but another setting needed on boiler for that. only noticed when we were trying to shower in the morning. while host quickly came back with message to help we'd run out of time so had to leave. so my feedback is when you have someone staying can the person who gets property ready set the boiler..heating won't come on till we turn thermostat up on arrival. so no energy will be wasted. thanks.

Lost keys: - If keys are lost, a locksmith callout is required, or you fail to return the keys to the key safe upon check-out, a fee of £150 will be charged to your account. PARKING: There is always on street parking around the property on the road. Damage deposit: - Please note that a refundable security deposit of up to £400 may be required prior to receiving check-in details. - The exact deposit amount is determined at the host’s discretion, based on factors such as the guest’s booking history, profile verification, and previous reviews. - We require a mandatory £500 refundable security deposit, during festival season. - This deposit serves as a safeguard against potential damages, breaches of house rules, or excessive cleaning requirements. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours of check-out, provided the property is left in good condition and no issues are reported. - Guests will be notified in advance if a deposit is required and provided with clear instructions for payment and refund processing. - By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
