How listing review works
We check each new listing before it goes live to guests.
When you publish a listing, it shows as Reviewing while our team checks it. Once it’s approved it’s Listed, and guests can find and book it.
If we can’t approve it yet, we’ll tell you why — for example, photos that don’t show the rooms — so you can change it and send it again.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Unlisted | Not finished or not sent yet. Guests can’t see it. |
| Reviewing | Sent to us and waiting to be checked. |
| Listed | Live: guests can find and book it. |
| Paused | Hidden from guests for now. Contact us if you’re not sure why. |
| Rejected | Not approved. Check the reason, make changes and send it again. |
