What a fabulous find! We were passing through for a family birthday party and onward travel- beautifully clean, light, and spacious. The children could sleep in line of sight- or a quirky room divider could be pulled into place for some privacy….great idea! Fabulous little children’s play area in the garden and beautiful countryside views from the outdoor sitting areas and windows. Jay was welcoming, friendly and all conminication with Sophie was seamless. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!

Great place for the money. Was as discribed very spacious and modern, had everything I needed for my stay, location was a little noisey due to the duel carriageway that is busy, the place was clean overall but one of the toilet rolls was a bit dusty for some reason but I just did not use that roll other than that highly recommended would not put me off staying again.

I booked for our contractors working in the area. I had great feedback from the guys staying in this property. The house is really clean and well looked after. It has everything they needed for a stay away from home, and they also requested to book again next time they are in the area. Great host also, very easy to communicate with. Thank you.

lovely studio, as pictured. the beds were comfy and there was plenty of ac thanks to the split units. fast wifi. it can be tricky pulling out of the drive from the two-lane A45 highway but we managed. the tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen was lovely, but there was no shelf-stable creamer. we struggled to find a good balance of water temp for the shower and found it ranged from scorching to cold. but again, we managed. outdoor area seems to be under development. overall, a good value. thanks, sophie!

The Studio is extremely good value, it is a large, very practical space. It was perfect for our stay. It is situated on a fast road so getting in and out can be tricky, but you don't hear the road noise from the Studio. The interior has a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable king and a double bed. There is a small TV, a leather sofa, and a sofa bed. The bathroom was also well equipped. There is a load of storage, good heating, and air conditioning. It was very clean and welcoming. There is a large outside space with a climbing frame and large trampouline for kids and plastic table and chairs. The exterior seems to be a work in progress as it is untidy and mostly just concrete, but it was great for our son to burn off some energy. We had a very comfortable stay for a very good price.
