We stayed at Old Lakenham for my husband's 40th birthday and were absolutely blown away by the house. It was stunning and completely exceeded all of our expectations! All the bedrooms were a fantastic size with comfortable beds. There was lots of living space which made socialising with a group of family and friends very easy and relaxed. There were some great added extras like the games room, a gorgeous dining room and the gym/extra games room with pool and table tennis tables...not to mention the hot tub and heated swimming pool! I think though, that one of the nicest things about the house was the wonderful welcome from our hosts who were so helpful, kind and generous. They really had gone to such an effort to make the house ready for us and made us feel so welcome and relaxed. It was like being greeted by old friends! It was a fantastic break away and we couldn't have asked for anything more from the house or our hosts. Thank you!
