Very nice apartment

Great stay and convenient for all amenities.

Very nice stay. The apartment matches the photos, clean and comfortable. The host was available and sent us all the necessary instructions, which made access very easy. Convenient location for visiting Sunderland. We would recommend it without hesitation. 🌟

We booked the property for 2 employees for a week but had to leave after 1 night due to the condition of the property. They wouldn't have even stayed the night if it hadn't been so late when they arrived. The property was filthy and mouldy, with what looked like blood and sick stains on the carpets throughout, and stains all over the sofa and walls. Nothing like the images on the listing. To Sarah's credit she responded quickly and offered housekeeping the next day and to move us into an alternative property but we requested a full refund.

My husband and son stayed here for a climbing competition at the Sunderland Wall. The location was perfect for this. The house had everything they needed, and Sarah was a very responsive host.
