Small but well equipped flat. Everything exactly as described. Happened to be there during a heatwave, and it was a bit of an oven, but nothing the owners could do about that. They did provide one slightly elderly fan, which was nevertheless a lifesaver on the hottest days. Parking was convenient, location not quite what was marked on the map when we selected it (showed north Leamington, but property is closer to Warwick).

We could find easily the property, check in went smoothly. Luckily we didn’t need help during our stay, but they called me to ask everything was ok with check in, etc. The flat was comfortable for 3 persons, it was clean, maybe the only thing we were missing was a coffee machine (there was instant coffee instead).

I booked for our contractor, who was very pleased with his stay. The accommodation was clean, tidy and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great host also. We highly recommend. Thank you.

This is a gem in Warwick, clean, well-furnished and sunny. Being on the ground floor was a plus for us. It's a newly built area with lots of greenery and quiet but close to everything.

The apartment was lovely, modern, clean and a great location. Until recently l lived but a stones throw from here so l knew the area well. l look forward to staying there again in the future. l fully recommend this apartment but l hope l don't make it too popular otherwise it might get to booked up 😂. 5 star all round .
