We did enjoy our stay & did the job for us. There is some maintenance that is needed at the property to make it a lot better and some feedback regarding the cleanliness of the property. It was a good size for the 5 of us & the bedrooms were very nicely decorated. Unfortunately we didn’t get any additional toiletries. We only had 1 toilet roll (not new) for 5 guests staying 2 nights. We did end up having to buy more. When I did communicate this they did get back to us very quickly so no problem with communicating with the company for any issues however did expect there to be abit more on site for the weekend. They did provide us with shampoo conditioner and shower gel which I thought was great nice touch. It can be noisy at the front of the house as it’s on the road which is busy. Unfortunately there were dirty cups in the cupboard along with some tlc in the bathroom. We were not able to watch TV due to lack of signal which wasn’t major. Overall great stay for what we needed & value

We booked this for Ascot and it was great. Perfect location, clean and very easy to get hold of host when needed.

Property location was within walking distance to all amenities and Windsor Castle. Issue was the cleanliness of the property itself. Bathroom was filthy and only left 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. We had to run out and restock on our own dime. Kitchen was also very filthy from the floors, to the dining table and counter tops and vent above the stove. Only one bathroom as per the ad however the bathroom is located on the main level off of the kitchen which is less than adequate when bedrooms are all one storey above. Charming location however the condo needs work.

The property was ok. The place had not been cleaned very well. No bedding was provided for the spare Bed despite asking for it. Not enough crockery for the number of guests. Not enough surfaces for our own belongings, but plastic plants everywhere! The cupboards in the kitchen - we banged our heads on them when using the table and dishwasher. Only one plug in the kitchen for kettle, toaster and microwave which was annoying. Property could do with a deep clean and freshen up and it would be much nicer! Replace the framed wallpaper with some nice local pictures. It was really convenient to get to Windsor castle. Good parking although tight!! The garden is unloved so am not sure you would want to sit out there! It was adequate.

Large, clean living space with comfortable beds. About 10 minute drive away from main shopping area and Windsor castle but easily accessible by bus. Hosts are nice and respond quickly. Only minor drawback was that early bag drop and late check out couldn’t be accommodated.
