Really pleased with this place. We had a work crew staying and with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms nobody was fighting over the shower in the morning, which made a big difference. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the kitchen had everything we needed. Handy for the town centre and quick to get onto the M1 too. Would book again without hesitation.

Fiona was a fantastic host and made everything so easy for us. She kindly accommodated our last-minute check-in, which we really appreciated, especially traveling with family. The place looked exactly like the pictures, clean, comfortable, and very cozy. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

Access to the property was simple and convenient, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The location was also ideal for getting around the area for work. The host was fantastic very responsive, friendly, and quick to assist with anything we needed or any questions we had. It was clear they really care about providing a great experience for their guests. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I would absolutely book again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting or working in the area.

The property was exactly as shown in the photos, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The bathrooms were a real highlight: modern and having five of them was perfect for our group of contractors. Everything worked out brilliantly, and we’d happily stay again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had a lovely homely feel to it. Coffee machine was a lovely touch, Fiona was also really responsive and made the stay that little bit easier.
