Nezt Cloudbeds Channel Terms

These Cloudbeds channel terms apply when a property connects Cloudbeds to Nezt. They supplement the Nezt Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply to use of the Nezt platform.
Channel Activation
- The property confirms that it is authorized to connect Cloudbeds to Nezt.
- The property authorizes Cloudbeds to send property content, room information, rate plans, taxes, cancellation policy text, availability, rates, and restrictions to Nezt.
- Nezt may create or update sellable listings from Cloudbeds room types and rate plans.
Inventory, Rates, And Content
- Cloudbeds remains the source of truth for inventory, rates, restrictions, taxes, and room mappings sent through the channel.
- The property is responsible for keeping Cloudbeds content accurate and lawful, including property descriptions, images, policies, fees, taxes, and availability.
- Nezt may pause public sale for a property, account, or integration when required for support, compliance, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.
Bookings And Payments
- Nezt sends reservations, modifications, and cancellations back to Cloudbeds using the enabled channel flow.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Nezt collects guest payment through Stripe and sends Cloudbeds a channel-collected booking without transmitting guest card data.
- Booking changes may require guest or property payment adjustments. Nezt may handle those adjustments through Stripe or through a manual support process depending on the case.
